The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Note: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

A pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to ship the item back

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection
3. Refunds

Refunds are made via the original method of payment (or to your bank account/store wallet if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Ninico error (damaged/incorrect item)
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. If already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the item.
