1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Note: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at promonetinfosolution@gmail.com or call us at +91-9911377288 with your order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will verify and approve the request

  3. A pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to ship the item back

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection


3. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refunds are made via the original method of payment (or to your bank account/store wallet if applicable)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Ninico error (damaged/incorrect item)


4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and personal care items

  • Customized or altered dresses

  • Gift cards or vouchers


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. If already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the item.
